If a storm has damaged it, we can fix it. It is our promise to treat your home as if it is our own. We will work with your insurance company on your behalf to get the most out of your claim. That’s why we provide free inspection services. Once we inspect the roof and exterior of your home, we will work directly with the Insurance Adjuster to ensure that any and all damage is covered and compensated. Installing IR’s (Impact Resistant) Shingles will give you a discount on your insurance premium! We install IR’s on nearly every roof we replace, whether insurance pays for the upgrade or not.
Since we are a GAF Preferred Contractor, we can provide you with the Lifetime Systems Plus Warranty on your new roof. Roofing Contractors who are not Preferred Contractors can only issue the Basic Warranty Package.
We install Ice & Water Shield on all eaves, penetrations and valleys on your roof. This is not required by code and many roofing companies will skip this crucial step. We want to provide you with the most weather resistant roof possible and will go to any length to do so.
