Types of roof installation for commercial properties

Weather a re-roof, a roof repair or a new roof, we will inform and recommend the best roof type, as well as the best and better options that best fit your needs. Here are some of the roof systems we work on:
EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. EPDM can be installed fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape. Most EPDM roofs are black but some are available in white to help reflect sunlight and keep roof cooler. This is a great and common choice in Colorado and one we can easily install for you.
Single-Ply TPO Roofs
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membranes are among the fastest growing commercial roofing products and have gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and installation advantages. As demand increases for heat-reflective and energy efficient roofing systems, TPO single-ply roofing membranes continue to provide exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure. This single-ply material is very durable and easy to install.
While the initial cost for a premium metal roof is higher than most other roofing materials, you’ll save money in the long run. A metal roof can last a lifetime, whereas materials like asphalt require re-roofing every 10 to 20 years. Metal roofing system offers unmatched durability, lasting 2 to 3 times longer. Chances are that a metal roof will be the last roof you ever install on your property. Most metal roofing comes with a true 30 to 50 year manufacturer warranty, plus a workmanship warranty from us.
Different parts of the country are susceptible to devastation from extreme hailstorms. Clay and concrete roof tiles can resist damage from hailstones as large as 1.5”, just larger than a golf ball. A tile roof system provides two layers of protection from the elements. The tile itself provides a tough water-shedding outer shell. An underlayment of asphalt roofing paper over the roof decking provides the inner shell if the tile was struck by extremely large hailstones. This is real protection that few other roofing systems can provide. This is an option available when architectural or esthetical situations demand it. It can be a bit more expensive but the esthetic look can be breath-taking.
Asphalt Shingle Roofs
This is the most common type of residential roof used widely on multi-family and multi-dwelling properties, which are considered commercial roofs by the industry. It is a type of roof shingle that uses asphalt for waterproofing. They are one of the most widely used roofing covers in North America because they have a relatively inexpensive up-front cost and are fairly simple to install. Asphalt shingles have varying qualities, which help them survive wind, hail, or fire damage and discoloration. This type of roof comes in several colors and with different warranty options. This type of roof is widely covered by most insurance companies.
